I understand that I am to pay the vendor fee on the due date that is indicated on the acceptance email.

I acknowledge that my spot will be given to the next vendor in line if vendor fee is not paid on time.

I acknowledge that the vendor fee is non-refundable, unless the Grape Day Festival is canceled for unforeseeable reasons and is not rescheduled
