APPLICATION DEADLINE is Friday, April 24, 2019, for food vendors, and Friday, May 8, for all other vendors. A map of the park with your allotted booth location will be sent to you approximately 7-10 days prior to the show. 

APPLICATION PRIORITY AND APPROVAL – Final approval will be the responsibility of the Car Show committee. Applications will be dated upon receipt. Selection will be on a first come, first served basis.

FEE SCHEDULE – See above. Because of the limited area, no more than two (2) exhibitors may display in a single area.

HOURS/SCHEDULE – Car show will be open to the public from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. You may enter the park to start set up beginning at 7:00 am. Please plan to be packed up and out of the park no later than 4:30 pm. Each exhibitor is responsible for clean up and disposal of trash generated at his or her space.

TAXES – Tax number must appear on application. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax. 

PERMITS / CERTIFICATES – Food vendors are responsible for their own current health permit. All permits must be posted in food booth. A least one UL listed fire extinguisher required for each vendor space by the Fire Marshal.

CONFIRMATION / REFUNDS – Confirmations with setup location and map will be emailed to you at least one week before the Car Show. If you would like an earlier confirmation, call 760 743-8207 or email us at . No refunds will be made after May 11, 2019. 

DISPLAY OF COMMERCIAL PRODUCTS – All exhibitors will be responsible for providing their own display panels, tables and other display equipment. Products to be sold are limited to only those items listed on the application.

PLEASE NOTE: You may include your non-show quality vehicle in your 10’ x 20’ space if desired and it completely fits in the space. Or you may unload your merchandise and move your vehicle to the parking lot just north of the park and use the entire space for selling. In either case, you may NOT use more than a 10’ deep by 20’ wide space unless you pay for two or more spaces.
